Welcome to FreshMart. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of freshmart.com and our mobile applications.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FreshMart's website, mobile application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
3. Products & Pricing
We strive to display accurate product information, images, and prices. However, errors may occur. FreshMart reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Product availability is subject to change without notice.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be made via approved methods including COD, UPI, cards, and net banking. Failed payments may result in order cancellation.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You must provide a valid delivery address and be available to receive the order. Additional charges may apply for remote locations.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use our platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, post false reviews, or resell products purchased for personal use without authorisation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on FreshMart including logos, text, graphics, and software is owned by FreshMart or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
FreshMart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra. We may update these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance.
